I may also have meetings, events, photo shoots and video shoots but for these, I would block off the time about a month in advance. If I have projects with brands then I try and get them done because that’s a priority. It’s crazy because I never had any experience in the makeup world - I never went to makeup school or really had any experience in retail, so working at MAC was a pretty big deal for me.
